'LẶNG' goes beyond a single event, it is a community journey where art acts as a bridge for deeper mutual understanding through diverse perspectives. The project is dedicated to raising social awareness regarding the right to cultural and artistic accessibility for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. Concurrently, it establishes inclusive experiential spaces where all differences are fully respected.
